A clearer release pulse, without changing the Windows build.

Website/documentation release 1.3.3 keeps Windows at 4.0.0 while making the current product state and the next 4.0.1 stabilization gate easier to understand.

What changed

• Added a Release Pulse to the RD1 product experience.
• Synchronized Guide, Library and Updates status to documentation version 1.3.3.
• Added a professional release/architecture diagram with editable sources and PDF/PNG/SVG exports.
• Updated the Excel asset and release library.
• Added user, technical, business/investor and Windows 4.0.1 acceptance documentation.
• Created forward and rollback ZIP packages with checksums.

The next runtime milestone is 4.0.1: native Windows acceptance, setup/repair validation, Microsoft and Slack connector testing, and clearer diagnostics. Website documentation versions are deliberately separate from Windows runtime versions.
