RELAYDESK WEB RELEASE · 2026-09-03
Web 2.1.3 — Unified Workbench
Functional release focused on making one combined communication feed easier to navigate without falling back into separate provider applications.
Build RD1-213
All Sources stays the normal experience. Provider chips and Action Needed are views over the same canonical feed, not different inbox products.
What changed
- Added a horizontal Combined Sources workbench above the feed.
- All Sources, Action Needed and each visible provider show live item counts.
- Source chips filter the same combined queue instead of opening another service.
- Added a real Action Needed filter: unread, high-priority or Follow-Up items.
- Feed title now shows the active workbench view and visible/combined counts.
- Preserved full-width mobile cards, search, attention controls, Test Lab replies and Matrix developer-preview settings.
- /rd1 and /rd1-app now identify the same Web 2.1.3 release.
Working Test Lab
owner@relaydesk.test, sales@relaydesk.test, support@relaydesk.test and mobile@relaydesk.test remain browser-local working identities for account switching, replies and unread-state testing.
Truth boundary
Demo Outlook/Gmail/WhatsApp/Teams/Matrix traffic remains sample data until a legitimate live connector or reviewed bridge is configured. Matrix remains pluggable and does not own the RelayDesk feed model.
