TECHNICAL GUIDE

Temporary vs production

Rapid UI deployment lives at 4BR/FMM through WPWriter. Production still requires proper authentication, role controls, privacy-aware storage, audit logging and secure deployment separation.

BUSINESS GUIDE

Who pays and why

Plus $9.99: continuity. Family $19.99: coordination. Provider $49: organized demand. Clinic $149+: patient follow-up workflow.

SERVICES MODEL

Support without hidden referral economics

Temporary requests are human-routed. Production should monetize software/service access and subscriptions while separately reviewing provider advertising, credentialing and referral rules.

CURRENT MAJOR WAVE • v56.0

Governing-Source Renewal Dependency Graph + Stale-Source Cascade Handling

Major Wave v56.0 adds the isolated fmm_wave56_dependency_graph browser contract while preserving v7–v55. It models authoritative source → verification → provenance lineage → synthetic handoff dependencies, propagates stale status downstream whenever governing evidence expires, preserves authoritative > verified > patient-organized precedence, and restores synthetic handoff eligibility only after the affected governing source and lineage are renewed and revalidated. Clinical records, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, triage and professional confirmation remain external and authoritative where required.

Privacy & safety boundary

ForMyMedical is being designed as an organization, reminder and coordination platform. It does not diagnose, prescribe, provide emergency care or replace a clinician. Formal privacy, security, provider credentialing/advertising and legal review is required before production health-data or marketplace use.
