RELAYDESK WEB RELEASE · SEPTEMBER 4, 2026
Web 2.3.1 — Mobile Control Layer
RelayDesk temporarily shifts active development from Windows packaging to the shared web/mobile product so the Unified Inbox, messaging workflow, privacy and interoperability can mature faster.
Local Assist draft
Open conversations can now expose an Assist draft action. It creates a local professional, concise or friendly reply template and saves it to the existing Draft Queue. No external Artificial Intelligence provider is called.
Privacy control
A browser-local privacy switch keeps external Artificial Intelligence blocked by default. Enabling the preview does not silently transmit message content because external AI remains unconfigured in this release.
Account limits
A plan simulator makes product limits visible: Free 5 accounts, Personal 15, Power 50, Team 25 per user. These are product-design values only; billing and enforcement are not active.
Connector truth
Matrix remains a preview transport, WhatsApp remains a bridge preview, Microsoft and Slack are foundations awaiting real authorization acceptance, and Gmail / Internet Message Access Protocol remains planned.
Mobile direction
The shared responsive web application is now the active baseline for phone and desktop UX work. Native Android and iOS packaging comes after the mobile web interaction model is stable; this release does not claim native store binaries yet.
