Web 2.0.9 adds RelayDesk-owned attention state above the Combined Feed Engine. The same workflow now applies across clearly-labelled Demo, Test and Live Matrix conversations.

What shipped

• Action Needed view derived from unread, high-priority and Follow-Up state.
• Mark Read / Unread local overlay.
• Pin important conversations to the top.
• Save conversations into a persistent personal collection.
• Follow Up marks a conversation as explicitly actionable.
• Snooze 1 hour removes a conversation from normal views until the snooze expires.
• Attention badges appear directly in the Combined Feed.
• Attention state persists across normal refreshes using browser localStorage in this developer preview.
• Existing Test Lab send/read and live Matrix connect/sync/send behavior are retained.

Pin, Save, Follow Up and Snooze are RelayDesk application state. Mark Read/Unread is also a RelayDesk-local overlay unless the selected connector explicitly supports provider-side synchronization. Web 2.0.9 does not claim provider-side changes where they have not been implemented.
