What changed

• Rebuilt the live web client around a balanced three-column desktop layout.
• Fixed squished message text and overly narrow feed cards.
• Added a clean mobile layout that uses the full phone width.
• Kept the Combined Feed and RelayDesk attention controls.
• Added four working browser-local test identities with account switching, unread state, replies and persistence.
• Added visible LIVE and REFRESH build-verification controls.
• Kept Matrix as a pluggable developer-preview transport rather than the UI or permanent product backend.

owner@relaydesk.test, sales@relaydesk.test, support@relaydesk.test, and mobile@relaydesk.test are local RelayDesk TEST identities. They are not public email accounts.

Truth boundary

Outlook, Gmail, WhatsApp, Teams and Matrix demo entries are product demonstration data unless a real connector is configured. Production authentication and direct provider adapters remain future work.
