Skill Desk One — User Guide

Skill Desk One (SD1) helps you choose the right AI Skills for a task, combine them into an active workspace, apply safety settings, and produce a ready-to-use prompt or portable Skill bundle.

Quick Start

  1. Open /skills/.
  2. Describe what you want to accomplish.
  3. Review the recommended Skills and why each is useful.
  4. Add the best Skills to your Active Workspace.
  5. Choose a safety profile: Strict, Balanced, or Explorer.
  6. Select your AI target such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, or Codex.
  7. Generate the prompt, copy it, open the AI, or download the portable Skill bundle.

Safety

Hard safety rules stay on in every profile. Strict is recommended for enterprise work. Secret redaction, confirmation before changes, evidence requirements, and read-only-first behavior can be enabled in workspace settings.

Workspaces

Use workspaces to keep a reusable set of Skills for a job such as WordPress delivery, enterprise data architecture, research, business launch, or software development.

Downloads

Raw SKILL.md files remain downloadable. Active workspace bundles can also be exported as portable ZIP files for use outside Skill Desk One.
