Skill Desk One — User Guide

Skill Desk One (SD1) helps you choose the right AI Skills for a task, combine them into an active workspace, apply safety settings, and produce a ready-to-use prompt or portable Skill bundle.

Quick Start

  1. Open /skills/.
  2. Use the search box above the category browser. Try plain-English needs such as marketing copy, Claude, WordPress SEO, sales proposal, or data quality.
  3. Review matching Skills and their trust status: security-reviewed or review-required.
  4. Add only the Skills you actually want in My Skills / SKILL.md.
  5. Select your AI target such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, or Codex.
  6. Choose one deployment path: open/save the reviewed SKILL.md file, or press Send to AI so SD1 copies the Skill instructions and opens your selected AI account.

Safety

Hard safety rules stay on in every profile. Strict is recommended for enterprise work. Secret redaction, confirmation before changes, evidence requirements, and read-only-first behavior can be enabled in workspace settings.

Workspaces

Use workspaces to keep a reusable set of Skills for a job such as WordPress delivery, enterprise data architecture, research, business launch, or software development.

Downloads

On /skills/, use Download All — Excel CSV or Reviewed — Excel CSV. These are server-streamed CSV files intended to open directly in Microsoft Excel and do not depend on browser JavaScript or Blob downloads. For ChatGPT or Claude, choose a reviewed Skill and use its Open SKILL.md link. A combined My Skills.md server bundle is not claimed live yet; it will return only after a reliable server-side bundle endpoint is released.
