Direct release rule
WPWriter is the primary deployment path for 4br.ca. Keep CarrySkills v3.9.3 as the known-good active engine while staged v3.12/v3.13 work is validated. Use versioned plugin ZIPs only when the engine code itself changes and a rollback/recovery package is required; WPVibe is backup only and is not part of the normal Founders/SD1 release path.
